RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We stand by our product and offer a 14 Calendar day money-back guarantee if you are located in the European region.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
If you are purchasing a Product outside the European region, all sales will be final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
To be eligible for returns,
- Products must be undamaged, in new or like-new condition.
- Products must include all original attachments, manuals, and other accessories in the package.
The following products cannot be returned under the following conditions

How do I return my items?
You have up to 14 calendar days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
- You will need to pay a restocking fee of 10 percent on the returns.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
- Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us in resolving your issue.
